As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are on back order or unavailable, we will contact you regarding whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charge and submit the order for shipment. Most products will be processed and shipped from the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and has left the warehouse, it will be sent in transit and should arrive within 3-5 business days.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Orders will typically arrive to you within 1-4 days after leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DEFECTS OR DAMAGES
Please inspect the packing of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, please be sure that the driver has notated any damages on all copies of the delivery receipt BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR SHIPMENT. Any shipping damages must be reported to Posh Baby Co. within 1 business day(s) of receiving your shipment. Photo's demonstrating the extent of the damage are required and must be received within 5 days of the damage being reported and we will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly. Failure to notate damages will result in the forfeiture of your rights to claim damages and have your order replaced or repaired at no charge.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
