RETURNS

Posh Baby Co. will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received before the order is dispatch.

Our return policy lasts within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

*One exception, for all Bebcare products, our return policy lasts within 14 days of receipt of an order.*

Please note, we offer FREE returns within 30 days of purchasing products from the following manufacturer:

  • Keenz

PLEASE NOTE: All sales from the following manufacturers are FINAL and will NOT be eligible for return:

  • Micuna
  • Pali
  • Upang
  • Wishbone
  • Wonderfold


Once returns are received and accepted, a refunds will be processed less a 15% restocking fee (Keenz products included). We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Posh Baby Co. will refund the value of the goods returned (less the 15% restocking fee) but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.


**Please note that all Adaptive Star Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee**


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@poshbabyco.com

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on the shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item for any freight damage or manufacturer’s defects and report to Posh Baby Co. within 1 business days. Some products may require assembly. Please read the instruction manual before use. Orders that are canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a ten percent restocking fee to cover credit card charges incurred by our company in good faith. Customers who cancel after an item has shipped will be charged for all shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee to cover costs. Though original shipping is included at no cost, canceled orders will be billed for all costs incurred by our company in good faith. Orders are rarely delayed, but please note that delayed arrival does not constitute a reason to cancel an order. All Shipping costs are standard ground in the lower 48 contiguous states.

If your return meets all of the above criteria, please send an email to returns@poshbabyco.com and we will get back to you with instructions for your return. In this email please include the following information:

-Name
-Order Number
-Items that you wish to return
-Reason for return

All Posh Baby Co. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
