I love the Special Needs Jogger. It is a Cadillac compared to my child's wheel chair. It nearly floats over broken sidewalks. I chose for the rain cover so that I could cozy her in warmth and dry while I walk in every kind of weather. The rain cover certainly does the job...But...it's design is sloppy. I wonder if the manufacturers could use snaps that have a male top after snapping on the seat. Then put the female portion on a fabric bonding on the plastic so that it fits evenly and snuggly over the jogger.
Also, a grommet at center bottom to fit over that central bolt so that, on my jogger design, the cover doesn't rub on the stationary wheel. Or make a wheel cover to prevent rubbing on the cover and to prevent mud flinging up.
I have cared for disabled children for nearly 40 years, and early on had the original Jogger company make a special double Jogger to accommodate a specific wee boy. They made it exactly as I asked, and it turned out perfect. Jogger has never disappointed. I just think the cover might be better made to fit.
